Stalking the Banana Republic website because I stumbled on an image of this pant coming in grey plaid and need it to hurry up and go live already so I can snatch it up 😬
This camel color however IS live, and also pretty awesome. And according to the mailer I just received, an upcoming Friends and Family event should make them 50% off next week (codes go out to their email subscriber list). Some of their wide-leg lounge pants look pretty good too, and most come in petites.
This pant has a nubby, wooly texture (fabric content is 30% wool), and is fully lined (a rarity these days!). I’m wearing them with a 3.5″ heeled boot. The belt is removable, and the front pockets are nice and roomy. The small pleat and slim wide-leg silhouette gives me major Annie Hall vibes.
I noticed that Pendleton makes at least one style of wool trouser that is lined. I’ll paste the link below. They still sew some of their styles in the U.S. and weave their wool fabric that they use for their pants in the U.S.!
