Have you tried crop flare jeans yet? Some brands call them kick flare or crop boot. They are my current FAVORITE silhouette on my height & figure. The fitted thigh & cropped length help keep my figure visible (a concept I often post about as “giving presence”), and the small flare balances a hip.

These are from Frame, making them the 3rd pair of their “Le Pixie” petite jeans in my collection. Safe to say I’m a fan.

– Petite & Petite-Friendly Crop Boot/Flare Denim –

Below are the crop boot brands & fits I’ve personally tried, own, and love.

Frame “Le Pixie”

Every jean from Frame labeled “Le Pixie” is a petite fit, so the ones you’ll want are the “Le Pixie Mini Boot”. I have a pair in white as well as the dark wash grey worn above, both in size 25.

Madewell “Demi Boot”

The Madewell Demi Boot comes in some great petite fits and washes. I have these in black (which I LOVE) and a dark blue wash (doesn’t get as much wear). I can wear a petite 23 or petite 24 since most of these washes have a lot of stretch.

AG Denim “Jodi”

These jeans are not “petite” but I find this brand to run very petite-friendly. I have the “Jodi” in two distressed blue washes and LOVE them. These run a little longer in length than the two true petite fits posted above. I have size 24 but will probably need size 25 if I buy another pair. These run small (see major complaints in reviews)!
